I'm a native Tennessean with a passion for helping people, finding deals, and solving problems.  With a civil engineering degree from Tennessee Tech, 6 years in Transportation Planning with TDOT, and over 15 years of experience as a Realtor in middle TN, I offer not only expertise in the real estate market, but also a unique perspective on development potential and construction.  I love representing buyers and sellers with personal property; and my experience has also fostered a unique niche in land improvement and long term investment.
